I’m starting my summer food celebration with this Low-Carb Strawberry Lime Cooler. This recipe takes less than 5 minutes to whip up in the blender. Be sure to use a blender with ice crushing capacity. We use this one, but any ice crushing blender should do the trick.
This Low-Carb Strawberry Lime Cooler is fast and easy to make. It makes a perfect drink to enjoy by the pool, after a workout, or as a special after school treat. You can even add a splash of your favorite low-carb alcohol to add turn it into a cocktail. Enjoy!

This Low-Carb Strawberry Lime Cooler makes a refreshing way to cool off on a hot day. This recipe can be part of a low-carb, ketogenic, diabetic, Atkins, gluten-free, dairy-free, or Banting diet.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (about 4 ounces)
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 teaspoons granulated stevia/erythritol blend
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender with ice crushing capacity. Blend until the mixture reaches the desired consistency. Pour into glasses and serve.
