This Low-Carb Cream Cheese Frosting takes less than 3 minutes to put together and tastes delicious. It is extremely adjustable for any frosting use. For example, you can easily create chocolate frosting by adding cocoa powder. Another option would be to dye the frosting pink by using strawberries as I did for this Ombre Petal Cake. The choices are simply endless!

If you are frosting something that may be tedious to frost, I recommend cooling the frosting in the refrigerator for a few minutes. This will stiffen the frosting and make it easier to work with.
Enjoy!

Hi I tried this recipe with a few tweaks…I added 2 tbsps ground flaxseed to up the fiber and a little nutiness….I also added a half teaspoon of ground ginger and a a teaspoon each of realnorange juice and orange extract BUT I only used the zest of half an orange…cause thats what I had on hand! I also mixed all the wet ingredients first really well to help the eggs give rise to the cakes and substituted one tbsp of sour cream for one tbsp of coconut oil…anyway they came out fragrant and delicious !! I also made a topping with whipped cream cheese a little orange juice and extract some ground cardamom vanilla extract erythritol and heavy cream!
Sorry! This was a review for the orange cardamom tea cakes!!
