
Our Low-Carb Strawberry Cream Popsicles are loaded with fruity flavor. These creamy popsicles are low-carb, so they can be part of a low-carb, keto, Atkins, diabetic, gluten-free, or Banting diet.
Place heavy whipping cream in a blender. Blend until soft peaks form. (Don't over-beat or you will make butter.)

Add the stevia/erythritol blend, almond milk, vanilla extract, and strawberries.

Blend until strawberries are completely blended.

Pour into popsicle molds.

Cover mold, insert sticks, then freeze until solid (between 3-5 hours).

To remove popsicles easily from the mold, run hot water over the outside of the mold to loosen, then pull the popsicle out.
