  1. Preheat oven to 425º Fahrenheit.. Prepare sheet pan by spraying it with oil, if desired. In a medium bowl, whisk together avocado oil, thyme, mustard, maple syrup, sea salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes.

  2. Place pork chops in the mixture and turn to completely coat. Place on the prepared sheet pan.

  3. Place green beens in the remaining oil mixture and mix to coat the beans completely. Spread them on the pan with the pork chops. Drizzle any remaining liquid over the pork chops.

  4. Bake chops and beans in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes, Turn pork chops and stir green beans. Bake for an additional 10-14 minutes, or until chops are cooked through and the thickest part measures is 145ºF to 160º F when a meat thermometer is inserted. Allow Pork to rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to reabsorb.
