Add 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream and 2 teaspoons vanilla extract to the sweetener. Blend together using a mixer.
Add the cream cheese and the peanut butter to the sweetener mixture.
Blend on low speed until combined, then beat on high speed until mixture becomes fluffy. Clean beaters before continuing to the next step.
