Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup stevia/erythritol blend (Pyure)
  • 1/2 cup original unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (sugar free)
  • 2 cups strawberries hulled (Fresh or Frozen work equally well)

Instructions

  1. Place heavy whipping cream in a blender. Blend until soft peaks form. (Don't over-beat or you will make butter.)

  2. Add the stevia/erythritol blend, almond milk, vanilla extract, and strawberries.

  3. Blend until strawberries are completely blended.

  4. Pour into popsicle molds

  5. Cover mold, insert sticks, then freeze until solid (between 3-5 hours).

  6. To remove popsicles easily from the mold, run hot water over the outside of the mold to loosen, then pull the popsicle out.
