  1. In a blender, blend water and strawberries together until strawberries are liquified. Pour into a 1 1/2 to 2 quart saucepan. 

  2. Add the stevia/erythritol blend to the strawberries and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium high heat, stirring frequently. Turn heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes or until mixture thickens slightly.

  3. Allow mixture to cool. Fill 4 16-ounce glasses halfway full of ice.
