Low-Carb Strawberry Smoothie

This Low-Carb Strawberry Smoothie makes a simple breakfast or snack. It can be part of a low-carb, keto, Atkins, gluten-free, grain-free, or Banting diet. There is even a dairy-free option. Its pink color makes it perfect for a Valentine's Day morning treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened original almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 2 teaspoons granulated stevia/erythritol blend (Pyure)
  • 4 ounces frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Pulse until blended, scraping down sides if necessary. Pour into two tall glasses and serve.
