  • 1/2 cup granulated stevia erythritol blend sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 tbsp. butter cold and cut into smaller pieces
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp maple flavoring
  • 3 oz. low-carb dark chocolate chopped into coarse chunks

Frosting Mixture

  • 3 oz. cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 tbsp. butter room temperature
  • 1 tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. stevia erythritol blend sweetener powdered
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


Cookie Mixture

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease a nine-inch springform cake pan with butter or oil of choice.

  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together almond flour, sweetener, baking soda, and salt until combined.

  3. Next, using a pastry cutter or a fork, cut the butter into the dry ingredients until the mixture reaches coarse crumbs.
