Nothing is more satisfying than warm, gooey, and chocolatey brownies straight from the oven. These delicious Sugar-Free Chocolate Swirl Brownies are the perfect comfort food after a long day. They combine rich, dark chocolate and toasted sugar-free marshmallows swirled together to create an incredible guilt-free dessert. While these brownies can be stored in the fridge for snacking throughout the day, I definitely recommend eating them fresh out of the oven!

Sugar-Free Chocolate Swirl Brownies
These delicious Sugar-Free Chocolate Swirl Brownies are the perfect comfort food after a long day- they combine rich, dark chocolate and toasted sugar-free marshmallows swirled together to create an incredible guilt-free dessert.

Ingredients
  1. Parchment paper to line pan
  2. Coconut oil spray to coat parchment paper
  3. 2 cups almond flour
  4. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  5. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  6. 1/2 cup granulated Stevia Erythritol Mix
  7. 2 Tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  8. 3 large eggs
  9. 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  10. 3 Tablespoons almond or coconut milk
  11. 1/2 chopped Stevia Sweetened Dark Chocolate
  12. 1 package of La Nouba Sugar Free Marshmallows, sliced in half
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Lightly oil an 8X8 cake pan so that parchment paper will stick.
  3. Line the pan with parchment paper.
  4. Spray the parchment-lined pan with coconut oil.
  5. In a medium bowl, combine almond flour, sea salt, baking soda and sweetener.
  6. Use a whisk to mix thoroughly.
  7. Add coconut oil to dry ingredients and stir until absorbed.
  8. Add the eggs, vanilla extract and milk.
  9. Stir batter until smooth.
  10. Using a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate over low heat.
  11. Once the chocolate has melted, remove from heat.
  12. Divide the brownie mixture in half.
  13. In half of the brownie mixture, stir in the chocolate until fully incorporated.
  14. Evenly distribute the marshmallows between the two halves of batter.
  15. Spoon both halves into the prepared pan, then carefully swirl the two together for a marbled appearance.
  16. Place the pan in preheated oven and bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
  17. Brownies are done when the top springs back when touched.
  18. Place pans on a cooling rack and allow to cool 5 minutes before eating.
