The Frappuccino is pretty much the Holy Grail of Starbucks. Even people who might not be your typical coffee drinker will flock Starbucks for one of these tasty concoctions. They’re the perfectly balanced blend of coffee, milk, and sweetness. The result? A blended beverage that will make you weak in the knees. Ok…well, maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but they’re pretty darn good!

Turns out there’s just one problem– even the smallest (Tall) Frappuccino you can order has 36 grams of carbs. Yeah…that’s just about the total number of carbs I’ll eat in an entire day, if not more! And the largest (Venti) 70 grams of carbs!

Imagine if you could have all the goodness of the Frappuccino without carbs or guilt. This Low-Carb Copycat Starbucks Coffee Frappuccino recipe is just that! I promise you, this isn’t just a mediocre alternative to help you live without as many carbs. This tastes just like the real thing! You will not be disappointed!

I also love that making my own Frappuccino myself gives me peace of mind. Not only am I decreasing the sugar and carbs, I also know exactly what’s going into my body. I can use organic ingredients and cream from grass-fed cows if I choose. I’m in complete control.

While making a drink yourself puts you in complete control, it might be a bit intimidating at first.  Don’t worry! Even the caramel sauce we use in this recipe is easy to make.  Once that’s done, just toss the ingredients in the blender and press a button. In fact, you can probably whip  one up in the time it takes you to get to Starbucks and back home.

But, you know what’s best of all about this recipe? You never need to leave the comfort of your home. Once you’re done, you can go snuggle under the blankets and finish binge watching your Netflix show.

Enjoy!
